The Lantana is a tropical beauty. The bright summer colours of the blossoms make it very popular. Lantana likes long, hot summers and it shows its appreciation with a great many blossoms. Please note that all parts of the plant are poisonous.
Position:
In bonsai form, the Lantana likes a sunny to partly shaded spot in the open air. It should be protected from wind and rain. If the temperature is very hot, the Lantana must be protected from the direct rays of the sun when it is at its hottest in the middle of the day.
Winter storage:
The Lantana is not hardy and must be kept in a cool room over winter, at temperatures between 10°C and 15°C.
